All seeds are offered cleaned unless otherwise noted. The following abbreviations may be used in product descriptions:

  • d.b. – dried berries
  • d.h. – dried hips
  • d.p. – dried pomes
  • d.w. – dewinged

These designations indicate the natural state of the seed material at the time of sale.

3. No Warranty

Seeds are sold without warranty, expressed or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Accuracy of description
  • Germination rates
  • Productivity or performance

We make no guarantees regarding crop success, plant characteristics, or yield.

4. Inspection & Claims

All goods must be inspected immediately upon arrival.

  • Any claims regarding condition must be made promptly upon receipt.
  • We cannot consider claims after seeds have been:
    • Stored
    • Planted
    • Handled beyond initial inspection

5. Genetic Variability & “True to Name” Disclaimer

Plants grown from seed—especially horticultural varieties and hybrids—may exhibit variation.

  • Seeds are not guaranteed to come true to name, except in rare cases.
  • Variability is a natural and expected characteristic of seed-grown plants.

6. Storage, Handling & Viability
